1. Introduction

Welcome to SelectResidences. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

Services refer to curated private residence tours, bespoke interior design consultations, and related offerings. Info Products include digital guides and webinars. Goods encompass all branded merchandise sold on our site.

3. Service Access

Services must be booked in advance through our platform. Access to Info Products is granted upon successful payment and registration. Goods will be shipped to the address provided at purchase.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on the SelectResidences platform. Payments must be made using approved methods at the time of purchase. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking or order.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Services are customized and time-sensitive. If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, you may reschedule at no extra charge. Refunds are not available for bookings canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time due to the bespoke nature of these services. Exceptions are granted at our sole discretion. 5.2 Info Products

For digital guides and webinars, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. To request a refund, please contact us.

5.3 Goods

Branded merchandise may be shared or refunded within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise. To arrange an share or refund, please contact us.

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule services by notifying us at least 48 hours before the original appointment time. Late requests may incur additional charges or may not be accommodated.

7. Limitation of Liability

SelectResidences and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential issues arising from the use of our Services, Info Products, or Goods. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the applicable service or product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
